Recently my husband and I hired your company to install, reinstall and all-around update our LG systems. We are thoroughly satisfied with the work performed and the quality of the professional service. However, what impressed me the most was the social interaction of the employees with my five children and with me. Your associates were kind, quick to acknowledge a comment directed toward them and judicious in expressing imminent frustration that comes with any job.
Further, in the days that Mann was in my home, several associates learned the names of my children so that they could refer to various rooms as “Kate’s room,” or “Jack’s room,” etc. Their good-natured manners caused us to feel comfortable with them in our home and around our activities. In my humble opinion, these qualities are uncommon , unique, and worthy of commendation. While others showed equal professionalism, the associates with whom we interacted the most and whose names I purposefully collected for this letter are: Zack Selby, Walker Moffett & Shawn Smith.
